2. Under the ‘More Settings’ window, open the Outgoing Server tab and then select the checkbox for ‘My Outgoing server requires authentication’. Also, select the checkbox for ‘Use same settings as my incoming mail server’.

3. Now click on the ‘Advanced’ tab and enter the following information and then click ‘Ok’ to apply the changes:

• Incoming Server (IMAP) as 993.

• Outgoing Server (SMTP) as 465.

1. After making these changes, click on the Next button. Wait until the Outlook program completes the testing process for the changes you have made.
